Fairhope’s Baron’s Inn Sold

Listed in January for $5.5 million, what most eastern shore residents know as the Baron’s Inn has a new owner and a new future. The 24-unit hotel sells to a familiar Fairhope name. Tricia Littleton, owner of the Little Point Clear Suites and Space event venue on Scenic Hwy 98, purchased the property. The sale closed APR 24th for $5.4 million, according to the Baldwin Co. MLS. Anticipated for opening in early 2027, Littleton says the place will be known as the Little Point Scenic Inn and shares a drawing of its appearance. Baron’s Inn was also known as the Magnolia Beach Inn.
