LSU Alumni’s Boil On The Bay

There’s no reason you can’t have fun while gathering for a good cause, something members of the eastern shore area’s chapter of LSU Alumni know well. Baldwin Bengals holds Boil on the Bay, its annual crawfish boil at Fairhope’s Halstead amphitheater APR 11th 2026. Proceeds from the event go toward offering Baldwin county students attending LSU the chance for a scholarship to be offered by the University’s Office of Admissions.
