Fairhope Elks Double Celebrate

A huge turnout as members of Fairhope Elks Lodge 1879 hold their Tuesday grand reopening MAR 17th 2026, combined with a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, complete with a meal fitting the occasion.
The night marks the first night for the Lodge to resume being open on Tuesdays, expanding the group’s operating hours to seven days a week. Tuesday operations were shut down following the COVID pandemic. Lodge directors say the new schedule will last through the summer, when they will evaluate the calendar.
Tuesday’s reopening takes place on a delicious note, as Lodge members also celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by holding a scavenger hunt and enjoying homemade Shepherd’s Pie along with corned beef and cabbage plus a variety of desserts.
