Loaded for Christmas

YM Modesty, a 961 foot by 131 foot container ship sailing under the flag of Liberia, heads into the port of Mobile Thursday morning. With a draught of 41 feet, the ship moves at 11 mph while finishing a trip that began Tuesday in Houston. According to ship manifests, YM Modesty carries about 16 tons worth of Christmas decorations, nearly 25 tons worth of automated teller machines, roughly nine tons of paper cups, nearly nine tons of artificial plants and about 6.5 tons of dried mango chunk snacks.
