Charles and Lorra Wiggins say that simply serving alcohol was not their exclusive vision when they bought 2 Shots In, the S Greeno Rd bar they purchased almost two years ago. Looking for a way to connect with the community, the couple comes up with an idea to show appreciation exclusively for military, law enforcement and other first responders. FEB 22 2026 marks the second month for Sticks and Forks, a two hour event featuring free breakfast and games of pool.

As news of Sticks and Forks expands, the event is beginning to draw support, not just from people attending, but from members of the corporate community who are stepping up to get involved. Bill-E’s donates bacon to be served during today’s breakfast, while Lorra says The American Legion Riders have reached out, wanting to host next month’s event.

The next Sticks and Forks gathering takes place SUN MAR 29 2026 from 9:30 until 11:30.
