Southern Bayou Grill Preview

The countdown clock is ticking! Perry Boyd said he was hoping to open the week of JUN 23rd and he’s doing it. He says to get your tastebuds ready, because the Southern Bayou Grill featuring various Cajun seafood delicacies opens for business starting Friday JUN 27 2025 at 11am.

The place is located at 11950 Co. Rd 32 in Fairhope, which is just under two miles east of the Hwy 181 intersection.

If you’re looking for advice about what to try first, what does Perry recommend? Either the fried oysters or West Bank catfish, he says. And then there’s the Jambalaya. Perry says his catfish, shrimp and chicken are all available either fried or grilled. If you have room, Perry suggests trying the white chocolate bread pudding.
