More Change For Fairhope

Demolition takes place OCT 7th 2025 on the building that at one time was home to Fairhope’s Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Sebastian’s, a fine dining restaurant, was the last business to occupy the building on the northeast corner of Fairhope Ave and Greeno Rd before closing in February of 2024. A Chick-fil-A restaurant is planned for the location, but no date has been announced.
