MSC Javelin IX, a 1,094 foot by 141 foot container ship sailing under the flag of Portugal, heads out of Mobile Bay the morning of MAR 5th 2026. With 38 feet of the ship below the water line, the vessel moves at 12 mph while beginning a voyage to Tampa. According to ship manifests, MSC Javelin IX’s cargo includes around two tons worth of Bella the biscuit-making kittycat toys, plus Frozen Elsa dolls, Ladybug counting toys, Harry Potter Journals, Hip Shot spiral power popper foam ball blasters, Angel Fuzzy toys, lunch bags, aluminum wheels, PVC flooring and volleyball nets.
