Finishing 25 Days at Sea

MSC Tavvishi VI, a 912 foot by 131 foot container ship sailing under the flag of Liberia, heads into the port of Mobile MAY 7th 2025. With a draught of nearly 45 feet, the ship moves at 11 mph while finishing a 25 day voyage that began APR 12th from Busan New Port, Korea. According to ship manifests, MSC Tavvishi VI carries around 33 tons of wooden furniture, roughly eight tons of loudspeakers, about 25 tons of porcelain sinks and nearly ten tons of fryers plus acrylic and massage bathtubs, pet playpens, folding desks, alloy wheels and hog ring fine wire staples.
