Fairhope’s Hurricane Expo

Large turnout JUN 3rd 2025 as eastern shore residents gather at the Fairhope Civic Center for the City’s Hurricane Preparedness Expo featuring Birmingham meteorologist James Spann. Wearing yellow Moon pie socks, Spann shares insights on the different behavior and intensities of hurricanes, the growing impact of social media when sharing weather information and factors coastal residents need to consider in preparing for tropical weather.
