Enough For A Calamari Banquet

CMA CGM Samson, a 1,098 foot by 140 foot container ship sailing under the flag of Malta, arrives at the port of Mobile MAY 11 2025. With a draught of 39 feet, the ship finishes a two day voyage from Houston. According to ship manifests, CMA CGM Samson carries more than 57 tons of frozen squid tubes, around 21 tons of polyester blankets, about 13 tons worth of camping beds plus outdoor chairs, wooden stools, hose reels, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, storage boxes and plastic kitchenware.
