Enchiladas Supremas at Agave on Greeno Rd in Fairhope. One beef, one chicken, one cheese and one bean enchilada. Cover with enchilada sauce, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream, and you’ve got a serious meal. Very good, would definitely get this again. Colleen says her chicken fajitas are excellent.
