Airbus Over Mobile Bay
A new Airbus A321 passes over the eastern shore during flight testing the afternoon of DEC 9th 2025. Moving at 170 knots or 195 mph, the aircraft is captured at about 1,750 feet up as it prepares for landing at Brookley Field. Airbus is reported to have delivered 3,536 A321s as of the end of JUN 2025, while the company has firm orders for 5,312 more. American Airlines has the largest number of A321s, with 302 of the aircraft in its fleet while Delta Air Lines has 203 A321s operating. Worldwide, 3,453 A321s are reported in service as of JUN.
