Our Story
After living in the Birmingham area for many years, David and Colleen fell in love with the Gulf Coast. Not wanting to leave their loyal clients behind, they knew they would need to do some careful planning. By embracing the latest technologies, they were able to expand their real estate business in both areas. In 2014 they made the move to the Eastern Shore and currently live in beautiful Fairhope. It’s amazing how many people move between Birmingham and the Gulf Coast. Knowing both markets well, they provide a unique service. They sell real estate in Baldwin, Mobile, and Shelby Counties. Both Colleen & David love their fur babies, Andy and Cissy. If you happen to be walking along the bay just south of the Fairhope pier, chances are you will run into David and Colleen at some point. Andy will be the 9 pound cream-colored poodle riding in the brightly lit, lime green LSV along with best bud Cissy. Likelier still, you will see David with his Nikon, taking a picture of another beautiful sunset.
